30-Day Free Returns
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@copperjoe.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
- Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
- We're happy to exchange for a different size or style. Just note your preference when initiating your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@copperjoe.com and we'll make it right immediately.
